Rice Kolum Wada Economy

Wada Kolam (also known as Zini Rice or Jhini Rice) is a traditional variety grown in the Wada tehsil of Palghar District in Maharashtra. A small grain in off white colour, it develops more aroma than the regular Kolum when cooked.
